Review:
To be honest, I’m not so fussed about meals being slimming but I do love fresh, flavourful and healthy-ish meals that are relatively simple to put together and that is exactly what this fabulous cookbook is full of! There are honestly so many dishes that I can’t wait to try and they are genuinely varied enough to not feel samey or repetitive at all. There are delicious twists on classics and intriguing new combos that make meals more interesting and satisfying. Some that I’m particularly excited to try next are the cauliflower cheese and jalapeño soup, the bacon, leek, potato & pea bake and the rhubarb & custard cake – all of which sound mouth-wateringly tasty!

So far I’ve made the blueberry scones which were seriously yum and I also made the balsamic onion and feta frittata a few days ago (see the above pictures for my efforts) which was so easy and absolutely delicious. It is one hundred percent going to be one of my weeknight go-to meals. I know this is going to be a book I come back to time and time again because of how simple, healthy and hassle-free it is without compromising on taste at all. Highly recommended!
